It's randomized, also try to open New locks like those which are dropping after the Orb/arc armor update.... Maybe if It's the same principe than with SnS it will only obtain in New locks... Maybe that's why you looted nothing. Imo you can't blame STS nor someone else for no loots. It's gambling... You win some, You lose some...

I have contributed and created threads on how frustrating it is to open locked crates. They are great if they paid off and you looted an arcane item but they are horrific if you have never looted anything in 3 years (me, wink wink).

Has anyone seen an arcane orb in CS yet? Will we ever see one, lol?
