Where is Ral'hess?

i've been fighting non-stop for 3 days now in old town and Ral'hess never spawns. it would be nice if a dev or player can verify if he even spawns there or regular maps.

Been looking for him also, sofar did not find him, tried Old Town Streets, Hospital and the regular maps

There's a player named Dragoverdose with the [Dark Avenger] title that you receive for killing Ral'hess. I asked him where he was able to find the mini boss but he says he didn't remember. -_-

He is rare. More rare than Satia Mors.

I can confirm, he does spawn in the hotel. Perhaps other places too??, yet to be confirmed.

They both spawn in the hotel room. It's random but you can invite one person to the spawn if no one else is in the room with you. Costs 10 plat per try so partnering up with someone is the smart way to do it.
