Pvp lvl 41 or 47 ?

I recently made a rogue for pvp and I have some doubts..

1) which lvl bracket should I go with since I'm choosing a non arc pet?

2) Which skill build and gear should I go with for the preferred bracket?

3)Which are the best guilds out there?

I have pp for pend and arc ring.

All bracket has players that own maridos/nekro because nowadays it common as a rogue. Maybe you can try level 7 with swift?

Rogue better playing at 41 ...and now we have winter event...go farm till u hav more gold to buy nekro... U need arcane pet for pvp
