How to reply to support mail?

I got this support mail and now, I have no idea what "Type your response ABOVE THIS LINE to reply" means. Should I just make another ticket and include my Case ID or is there a particular way to reply to this mail.

I think you need to reply to that mail, and copy it (?) And then type your reply to where it needs to be (above the line)?

I am not sure about this, so if you screw something up with my advices, dont blame me
