Craft all the 4 gears(Armor, Helm, Ring & Pendant) using Fangs, Runes & Cryogem Frags to get 250AP with "Glintstoned" title.
Glintstone set, you must complete it.

First of all u need to complete the Quests of Legendary Noremite Set to get the mythic gear quests which starts from Helm.
Where can I find the quest bud?
Can't I just buy the Glintstone set in CS to get AP?
First of all, you have to finish nomerite quest, take the quest from npc (sorry I'm forget the name of the npc) in garetta city. Good luck, im finish the glint set when orc fang about 19kand then craft the set into glin coin lok

No u cant buy the set as it is non tradeable.
