It depends. If you are a solo player who mainly plays random games, nekro. If you have a team of skilled players who already have nekro that you frequently play with, glowstick. This is only if you are a rogue.

If you play mage and tank go for nekro regardless.

As a rogue who plays both random and organized clashes, I like to keep a nekro egg and a glowstick egg so I can swap to whichever AA I need.
