Best pet for rogue?

Is Nekro the best pet for rogues? I've heard conflicting information regarding the best pet for rogue, Just wondering what other player's thoughts/opinions are? Thanks!

Nekro, glowstick, shady and surge.. All are very good for rogue! Choose what you want!

Not in this expansion. You're money is best spent on other pets, also neither is SnS.

In this expansion, the curse mages, the aimshot rogues, the heal/damage debuff witches are too much for the above mentioned pets. Don't forget the mobs that I mentioned will be extremely harder in the next stage, as scaling goes.

You need pets that buff your stats, debuff mobs and either nullify DoT or disorientate mobs with their AA, so the party doesn't face an onslaught when the above gather.

Like I said in another post, pet augmentation is there for a reason.

If gold isn't a problem then go Glowstik. It's a party saver when the curse mage joins the melee, once the AA is activated you've got few seconds to wipe out that mage.

If any tank in pt then hit your horn just after glowstik AA disperses, you give your party another 2 seconds of protection. Save the AA for the curse mage.
