I must say the boogie banner from 2016 halloween event looks good. But in comparison to other lb banners, it looks kinda dull. It would be even better if it got added some sparkle or effects, something similar to the last years lb banner. Or less, just some fancy glittering effect. Or faint glowing even. It woud be like the boogie trophy, it was dull when first crafted, but later it got added some effects. In my opinion, as i also was one of the crazy people that ran the lb (wich i never though i would), a little sparkle effect on the banner would make it more worth running. I dont know if similar requests or threads have been made, as i am rarely on the forum, just thought id say my opinion.
