Deleted character

Im so sorry if I posting in wrong section, moderators will move this thread, but im so nervous and confused because...
I deleted my main character, rogue 61 lvl by mistake!
Was deleting others useless characters and accidentally deleted main (what a noob I am)!
So after this I immediately send a pm to support, just wanted to heard from u guys, if someone had same situation like me, can they bring back my character or my mistake can't be solved?

Actually they didnt that much fast as we think.
It took about 4-5 days, my toon still not recovered :/
Got ticket from them, but thats only, no answers after that

Only plat users can recover their characters.
Me as non plat user dont deserve recovering.
Sad but true.

How you can delete your main character there is a option where you need put the name of the character that u want delete so you can't mistake, sts don't care about "mistakes" like this

I send a lot of pms to support and didnt get answer.
My toon cant be recovered, because whem I deleted him, player named "Edibalija" steal my name.
Now I guess I will be banned for "sell names" lol and I don't do that.
Btw 8 days gone, my toon didnt recover.
Now I send report to support and hope that stealer will be punished for stealing names.
