Game has bigger issues, what you're saying seems all depending on your ping.
Go make a video about it showing your ping and show these problems like the other guy with alot of free time did.

My ping stays at a constant 25-125, and lag isn't an issue for me, but then again all kids complain about is their crappy internet.
