Speed sets are allowed in Guild Battlegrounds, just like all pieces of gear in the game

Yis, most (I want to say all but I won't) multi target abilities prefer the closest targets

1 Tank and 9 Rogues maybe? Or 9 Mages? There are no class restrictions

Not at the current time. Possibilities are endless (though we don't want to promote dummy guild farming)
when i kill someone useing hisha and lepro can i reroll and loot there arcane armor ������
