Common sense there is no specific name thats why i used the word "4th ranked guild" who replaced the 3rd guild

I got what u asked for called as "common sense" i wouldnt have questioned if u were more specific saying the 4th ranked guild gets the 3rd rank banner instead of new when it gets moved up a spot.

Thats a pretty good idea unless there aren't any hoppers in the guild who just join for sake of banner n hop to another later.

Indeed there certainly would be, perhaps if the banners were only distributed between recruiters and up.
