Level 80 Devil's Pitchfork Halloween

Hello everyone,

I got a question about the level 80 version of the "Devil's Pitchfork Halloween".

 

The lvl 80 Devil's Pitchfork Halloween exists since the halloween event 2016 where it could be given from a Halloween costume pack.
First off all when i got it I didn't thought that it could be speciall, but after talking to many other players it seemed like the item is pretty rare and I am wondering how many level 80 "Devil's Pitchfork Halloween" are there, because I haven't seen anybody else having it yet.

I know there there are many "Devil's Pitchfork Halloween" from other level version. I am just wondering how rare the level 80 version is.

Level 80 version isn't going to be worth more than the lower level variants. For one, level 80 was more recently and easily attainable. For two, no one is going to use the item for anything but aesthetic reasons, meaning lower level is more desirable since people can use them on more characters, including those who may not have a level 80.
