Maybe someone took it from your account?, don't share your account info/device to anothers.

Maybe someone logged in your Account, when you online. Thats why you got dc 😀 n probably he steal your gold.

LoL u have already posted the same thread in the technical bug section probably this ones gonna get moved again there.
Just send a ticket to the support regarding ur issue, hope they r gonna sort it out.

Ya don't worry about it if it is a legitimate bug. STS has good logs and can generally figure out if something went wrong in their end.
