    Default 2017-01-20 Content Update (221761)

    + INT-based super elite item set bonuses now give more Health.
    + Increase damage cap by 15% for PvP levels 51 and above, 20% for 71 and above.
    + Increase max healing cap by 10% in PvP for levels 51 and up.
    + Global dodge cap increased to 25% (was 20).

    So this update basically broke the endgame by making the blasters from "OP" to "unbeatable".
    This made intex mages completely useless. The Increase of 30ish health compare to the change of dmg intake from 500 to 800+, is nothing. Yes by nerfing int set armor, intex mages are far more than vulnerable. Why would 30 ish health even matter if any class with blasters can literally kill other classes with two auto shots. This damage increase is absolutely the most ignorant, ridiculous and outrageous thing that could have ever happened.

    This was the one thing that should have never been touched.


    Please fix this unbalanced pvp issue.

    No idea who asked for the damage cap to be increased by 20%. If anything, damage was already too high. Now 80 pvp seems like 1 skill kills again.

    I agree. I especially feel anything below level 76 should remain unchanged. The major imbalances are present primarily in endgame. Levels 51-71 certainly didn't need a damage increase of any kind.

    I think the focus should be on lengthening fights and minimizing luck based variables, namely dodge. Raising both the damage and dodge caps is doing the opposite of that.

    Though I am in favor of the heal percentages being changed. Very appreciative of that part for endgame, though I am wary of it impacting below level 71 as well.

    Cinco and all the bosss who created my favorite game, if you guys wanna make the game ballance then make str op, making int and dex op is not good they have too much dmg in str fights, fights are longer depends how you do it. You can run if your hp is low the dmg is fair the armor is fair and all that, again making int and dex to make the ballance is impossible, str is always the anser if you guys really wanna make the game ballance just like the 77 cap before.

    Hopefully you guys read this and think about thank you so much for you time

    I remember once a guy suggested to nerf dodge just because he hit some dodges which couldve been RNG, since that day pvp seems to be broke
