Yup. I jog about 30-40 kms a week so that I can be in good shape for a race that I do in the fall called the Canada Army Run. The specific race I do is called the Commander's Challenge. You do the 5k race and then, about 45 minutes later, a 1/2 marathon.

hey! oh that sounds so awsome i googled it as soon as i read and i must say it sounds very interesting.

it says run, walk or roll
but i guess the roll part is meant to be for ppl who cant walk/run hm. anyways good luck!
