ESB in pvp

anyone know why its not an insta kill in pvp/ctf like it is in pve when the proc is easily dodge-able? Cinco please make this happen! The esb proc does less than 100 DMG

it was patched because no weapon should be able to 1 hit people in pvp

makes sense somewhat, but why patch it so it does 16-20 dmg in high level pvp, also it should one hit in pvp considering how it barely procs and how slow and long it takes to blow up. the reward of maybe stomp or beckoning someone into a 1 hit kill can make for some skilled fun plays.

1 hit kill is not fun for the opponent obviously.
This game needs to be fair for everyone for what it was changed.
