Premium Character Issue..

I found out yesterday, by joining a friend's new char, that my 56 Mage was able to go to the starting area... And buy the premium package for 30 platinum, as if he was level 1. Not sure if it's a bug or not but... Yeah. , I'll post a picture of it when I get back home.
