Any fast way to switch skills/gear on boss?

I know it's popular to switch skills on boss, and I can see the advantages, but so far I've remained a noob in this one way because of laziness. I want to start doing it to maximize my effectiveness.

I notice loadouts for both skills and gear, but does it cost a respec scroll to swap between skill loadouts even if your spec is the same and you only want to swap skill mapping? If so, I think STS should make skill mapping loadouts that are free, like gear loadouts.

While I'm at it, does anyone find it faster to use gear loadouts to swap to Lepre on boss and back after, or is it just as fast to switch manually?

If u do a full respec using a loadout, it costs a respec scroll. If u have a hybrid build u can change skills manually at boss.

I sometimes change skills, pet and gear at boss, so I have to map skills, scroll in unclear/unorganized stable and tap my gear loadout that is hopefully prepared for this map, since only 4 loadouts are not enough for different sets, gears and weapons we use in different areas.
How fast you are depends also on the stuff u have in ur inventory, e.g. the mythic amulets u have to scroll down to reach ur lepre/treasure talisman.

The best way to swap a skill out for another imo is by using a hybrid build and just swap in the skill map section when the skill u want to swap out isn't in cooldown(unless maybe your really serious about it and wanted to waste respecs with loadouts).. to swap gear you would just enter your inventory and swap with a loadout. The effectiveness of this would rely mostly on the person and the device used.
