i don't know how to do with this quest i try to talk with Lycus and Angel already but there no question mark on both.(my point is 117k)

Go in Somberholt and go next to the auction, there is that room, the Chamber of Balance, where the token vendor is. Speak with both angels and left and right side.

This is the first quest of becoming either of two ranks after the elite lightbearer if i recall back.

Like the others have said, you should talk to left angel and next to the dark one at the right side. Should be able to submit the quest once u have done both talks.
