im 120% sure they changed the stats of haste set dex
Venomous Haste Ring(speed ring dex)
old stats 51dex 28 int 7.53damage, now 28str 51dex 7.53damage
Venomous Haste Amulet(speed amulet dex)
old stats 52dex 29 int 7.58damage, now 29str 52dex 7.58damage
is my brain just going mad

Brutality has ALWAYS been +str secondary stat (dex+str or int+str). Potency is +int secondary. So haste set rouge: always been dex+str brutality.
yeah, was a little funny reading it. and yeah, im tempted to join others joking, commenting for instance 120% or your brain.
but i guess you figured it out by now, and didn't deleted the last post, i like that.
