Think 'heroic' is completely new rarety that has nothing to do with rare and epic pets, and I think heroic may be above arcane? And i don't think that twinks aroung lvl10-18 should be worried (for now) for releasing better pets than their arcanes; more likely endgame to be affected.

When u guys say that balanced scale has increased drops by "up to" 500% does that means the rate change with each mauso 5 map?

Either way this is a great update and will bring some needed life to pve.
