Well.... I don't think it's a matter of being an adult or not (or just adult minded).... It's just a fact that some have a higher level of computer literacy........ Some will definitely know the tedious nature of coding & testing, graphic design, and COMBINING the 2 together and going through trial & tribulation after trial & tribulation until the end product is finally achieved and ready for the road and many will not................... Not bashing here, just posting...............

Think 'heroic' is completely new rarety that has nothing to do with rare and epic pets, and I think heroic may be above arcane? And i don't think that twinks aroung lvl10-18 should be worried (for now) for releasing better pets than their arcanes; more likely endgame to be affected.

Please fix the quest issue on the NPC "Septum Uru", let's be honest it will be just more work for you guys, having to bring back to their original ranks all players that reseted to light bearer elite.

If you mean the issue of the resetting rank quest showing up before the daily quest, that has already been fixed and will be released this week.

I will look into moving the daily to a different NPC, thanks for the feedback. Definitely reach out to support

Any official info on how you deal with the players that deranked unintentionally/accidentally? Our guildie still got no help from Support, whereas I heard that support helped another (famous) player who wanted to change sides. Imo this issue is messed up from ur side and please revert back those players who didn't really know what they were tapping at when they saw the usual npv providing an exclamation mark sign for a quest.
