Implementing whip weapons

Hello,

Vampires often have whips, so you should implement whip weapons in the game :

- long 2 hands whip
- long 2 hands chain whip
- long 2 hands flame whip

- whip in one hand (normal, chain or flame), and another wheapon in the other hand : a viper twin, a hook, a mauler, or a kata blade.

A scythe would be more fitting
