Levelled up when I bought the 10 plat, 15% permanent xp elixir and Courage

I didn't know it would level me up since this is my first time purchasing it and I purchased it cus I didn't want to spend gold on respec scrolls lol

Is it possible if I get back to my previous level? Or that's not possible anymore since sts doesn't de-level anymore?
