Guildies of mine have been complaining about arena, not about bosses, if it's hard/easy or drops but about the time you have to wait before a boss spown...

Why is it that it takes 15 sec for the boss to spown?
You talk to the mage and telling him that you are ready but you still have to wait 15 sec.

Guildie suggestion was to change the countdown to 5 sec, or just drop it. After all you are telling the mage that you are ready.
