I'm going to suggest the opposite of what Ironforge said. For tier 7, 10 damage is nothing. An additional second to the snare is much more powerful than you think. It allows you to close the gap between you and the enemy quicker (great for mages), and then you can start whatever combo you use. Much more powerful than 10 additional damage (which is half of a standard basic attack for reference). For tier 9, either is fine. The damage boost on respawn is nice for getting back and defending your tower, but the 25 damage on death can help you kill whoever killed you if it was a really close fight and prevent them from damaging the tower or your players.
