Either buy from CS, forums "Trader's Market" or you have to get lucky and loot one from opening locked crates.........

Elite warchest is it? Seems like.. Just forget to loot it.. Option 1 better cs or trade market.. Sigh~~

You have chance to loot one while you grinding aps. 1chest from daily also use lepre increase chance to drop chest. You can also loot a maul of ollerus.

You could buy it in cs, it's level 26/31 and then you have to do an upgrade quest to make them 36.

Do not pay overpriced level 26/31 with gems, you lose those gems during upgrade to 36, waste of money. Just buy clean versions.

Himingleva's mythic helm is OP, if you stick high-end jewels/gems in it. Mine had eye gem, two supers and it lasted me til level 46.
