Arcane Armor Noob Question

When the Arcane Armor is in inventory and not equipped. Will it give it's passive health regeneration? Thanks in advance

I think, its only give passive when equiped

Orb heals at any lvl. Arcane armor must be equipped

regeneration decrease after 61 so id think about it

As far as I know orb heals in inventory at all lvls till 66 and Arcane Armor Just from 61-66 equiped.

It doesn't count the same as armor, armor will always be lvl 61 so the trade off between stats of Arc armor and newer gear will be a choice. The orb won't work past 61, and the Arc armor will always work. Nuff said
