Was glypic steel drop rate nerfed?

Was the drop rate of steel reduced? If so why? I've seen ten pinks drop in three days but only four steel pieces. shouldn't the drop rarity of glyphs be higher than the steel? Its uncommon part not super rare. Right?

I suspect that pinks and craft items (steel atleast) are part of the same drop table.

Thanx for bringing this up....it's been rough trying to find Glyph blade steel for real. Especially since you need so many of them to craft. It adds to making the demonic sets more rare & valuable tho. At least all the other materials are dropping & the prices are low in the CS.
One day I farmed all day...7-8 hrs & got three. Even had 2 drop at once for me & another player...that was cool!

Any estimates on how rarely they drop?

It looks like this time, buying items as soon as they are released pays off. I regret not doing so.

I've done 25-30 runs today and looted a Strongman shield and obedience leather but only one steel. 19 more to go. I really regret selling them cheaply to friends when it dropped a lot, I didn't think they'd change the drop amounts. (Got 3 in an hour) but I guess I'm glad I helped finish my friends set... even if its gonna take a month for me now. LOL 19 more to go!
