It's not possible.. 12% Armor is 3 slots..
3x 4%= 12%
2x 5% + 1x 2% = 12%
Etc etc
Anyway.. 3/4 slots are taken already so.. since %-stats is max 3.00%.. 5.00% all-stats and 12% armor is impossible without a 5th slot...
