Any and all information is unknown at this point, there have been no official announcements and basically everything is a rumor. The best chance to find something out about DL is to check the DL forums frequently or follow DL, STS on Facebook and twitter. You can also try asking a dev in game, but they are unlikely to give a straight answer because they may not no even know right now.

I read on facebook that "All that fun stuff" would be coming with the new year soon, so I think the game will begin beta testing sometime between May or July. Hopefully, full game will be out by August. Just my two cents, dont bet your life on it lol
