Players unable to craft new Shields, Eyes, Wings

I know I posted an earlier thread about how I was having trouble crafting the new Wand, but now I've realized that crafting the full 1h set is impossible.

For instance, to craft the new Death Eye (mage) you need a level 85 magor imhotep eye. Unfortunately, and after some confirmation with other players, these don't actually drop nor are they in the game. This is analogous to other items of different classes too.

Was there a patch where these items were implemented in the game? I don't think anyone I've talked to has seen at least one of these level 85 items.
