Tapjoy at it again..

It's clear that I downloaded this app (GoodNotes) when it was FREE (Because of Steve Jobs's death, RIP) and on the offer wall, yet Tapjoy doesn't want to send me the 5 plat that was offered.

Today the app costs money and I haven't received any plat since then, I've emailed them and they want a sale receipt? (how does that happen with a free app!) but I just send them these pics. These are the only proof i have:

Yep I definately did that, and now they just replied back to me and credited me 5 platinum.

Heh, their system is kinda screwed up.. Sometimes you have to mail them or sign up for accounts inside apps (even though the directions say all you have to do is run the app once)

Navy is right. You need to open the app and I usually just get past the tutorial. That works 100% of the time

i have android.. and i wanna tell u that all the apps that cost money u have to run them 15 minutes to recive plt.

Unfortunately STS has no power over TapJoy accounts, the people you need to get hold of is TapJoy Support themselves not STS

Here's how,

Click on Store in game.

'Earn Free Platinum!' menu pops up click 'Download Other Apps'

TapJoy menu is shown, right at the bottom of the page it says..

Privacy . Missing Platinum?

Click on the Missing Platinum and a new page comes up stating..

Missing Platinum, Please select the offer you completed without receiving Plat and enter your email address.
