I need some help, a friend, rogue has been trying for over 2 weeks to complete the quest: Killing Umbrall Mass and recover his relic (the deeper you go, the more chance you get by looting). She has killed him over 30 times and no essence. What's up with this? Any tips, is this a bug? Frustrating for sure! Any help is appreciated. TY

It's random, but the higher floor you go the more chance you have that the essence will drop.

You will get an unidentified voice item, which, when opened gives you a random gear of random stat.
