They won't... It was awarded for the players that spent countless hours slaving in the sewers. There would be TONS of people mad at STS if they decide to.
But for the people who start playing this game late, they don't have chance to get that helm even if they want to...

ppl want it because if u have that with the lvl61 shield u get a "stat bonus" which is: +5 Dodge, +50 Health, & +10 Armor
If they decide to sell it for platinum.....the world as we know it will end...plus it will be the founders helm all over again

Quest with a ridiculous amount of work comparable to what it took to grind from 55-56? YES!
10,000 snowballs? 20,000? 30,000? :-)
1,000 Gold Fever Kills? hehehehe.
200 kills of EVERY Sewer boss? bwaaaahahahaa.
With the really nice set bonus it offers, I really think it would be nice to have a way for players who started after to EARN it, but not BUY it. And it should take as much, no, even *more* effort than it took me to grind to 56.
As discussed at least in 10 different threads before, people had their chance (for 6+months), the crown is gone, can't get it anymore, just move on.
