Think I've read somewhere that Bigger Luck gives around 17% luck. Since it's very close to 15% and STS now writes the luck rate on the new items, I guess Bigger Luck actually has 15% re-roll chance as well. But Cinco may be the only person here who actually knows the numbers.

I tested it while doing black ice quests in 1000 drops I had 162 re-rolls wearing bigger luck so I'd agree
