A question about Goblin event

So I was browsing in auction earlier and this came into my mind:
Would there be new arcane weapons? Since there was no Arcane Weapons during the winter event.. Maybe there might be new arcane weapons in the goblin event even there are no teasers about it.

I think they will release new arc weapon level 61 during Elondrian Event just like the immortal weapons last year.
