    Default Arcane Shield formula eff. 5/7/2013 - still relevant?

    Devs,

    Please update the 5/7/2013 Arcane Shield absorbtion formula of:
    Absorbed = ((2*STR)+INT)*3
    Shields are breaking too quickly due to the increases in damage since 2013 from new gear and pets.
