They stated in preview that there would be a 24h cooldown. I suppose this sudden cancellation of shutdown has something to do with it. Fix has to go up when server goes up too. Didn't this shortened cooldown also happen before?

Sooo many people werent online when that shut down happend becuase of timezones and such..will be so unfair if they didnt get to spend thier tokens
