They did something in the mass-ban, and then everyone complained. They have not banned ONE person that scammed someone less than a week ago. Stop the drama, wait for sts and you'll see the report will come through if the person is guilty. Besides, if you borrow things to your friends there is a widely accepted idea that would stop these "scams". EVERYONE in the community and the mods/devs will agree that a person should not lend items to another person if they want them back.
