I don't find it as easy on computer, but what I haven't tried is using the 3x4 keypad on keyboards (my laptop doesn't have one) because it's basically the same order as the skill buttons

Pc you can actually use skills much faster as all you need to do is press a button with your fingers sitting on them. Technically speaking you can skill 2x faster on pc but have to be much more coordinated.

Phone's honestly so much faster than pc, just takes practise to mash very fast, and yes, Walie, it is ping related.

You can both use mouse cursor to click skills as well as use numbers, so pc is and will always be faster.
And if your computer is connected with wired network you will have a much more stable ping than using wifi.
