Mage's in pvp Use rate

Sts should just increase the time of the Spawn shield so nobody can spawn kill.

Before 4-5 months there aren't been any shield to protect you from death.
Now u have, (correct me if wrong)
2 seconds shield which is enough to at least press nekro aa...
Otherwise if you charge skills shield will gone...
So be thankful for that what sts did,
