Arcane Pendent 54 vs Haste set 5p

For Each class what is better in PvP Arcane Pendent 54 or Haste set 50? And why? With Appropriate jewels ofc.

Arcane Ring and Arcane Pendent gives more damage,more mana, more armor, and more health. (From a Rogue/Mages point of view that is.) The Haste set by stats is inferior, the 200% speed is the only pro. When i do pvp for just fun ill use Speed set, but if i find myself in constant clashes ill switch to Arcane ring/pendent. Everyone does play differently so its really a matter of choice. All depends on your playstyle.
