[True Legend] - Points needed?

How much points are needed atm to reach true legend title?

I remember something like 23k or 26k, but i'm not sure.

Im pretty sure you only need to complete the achievements that award points higher than zero. Some achievements don't need to be completed if it awards zero points, and as for the l70 set, try like l70 Tiki swathe of humanity or something like that

I have true legend and I have about 27500 rn. I believe the requirement is somewhere near that. Hope this helps!
