Im pretty sure you only need to complete the achievements that award points higher than zero. Some achievements don't need to be completed if it awards zero points, and as for the l70 set, try like l70 Tiki swathe of humanity or something like that

its the l70 islander, humanity, and sun god sets I believe, not sure if humanian, beach bum, or hula dancer works
the l75 sets would be sharp, flying and beastly :0
