Delaying when using haste set

I was using nox haste set in pvp and ran behind a rock then suddenly got pulled back and got shot dead. Is anyone else experiencing this? Does it have to do with the ping or the haste it self. If so please fix it asap, cause everytime you ran away from the rogue thinking that you are safe and then BAM, delayed, got pulled back and then killed is really frustrating.
