Reset the Level Join Restriction back to +5/-5

After the +2/-2 Level Restriction Update, my favorite Twink Levels all died. I know Cinco want us all to go 85 to spend some plat on the way to reach it.
But after that Update you lost the half Twink Community. Noone is going to Endgame, if they don't like it & don't wanna spend Plat.
Me & many other people are thinking the same. 100%

So please, let the Level Restriction be +5/-5 again.

Actually since the update L20-25 has been golden so I actually support the -2/+2 difference.
