Thats a Recipe to re-craft Just incase you don't like ur current cap, if I'm not wrong if u scroll a little bit up you'll find the Recipe which exists out of 5scales, 5bars, 10 condensed (each type), 5elixirs (each type)... You find it in ur craft station.
