Hello all, i got a question. I have an acc of mine that i cant access. I need to send sts an email ticket so i can get back into it. Its been 2+ years and i cant remember my char name. Arghh. I have the email and pass but because i dont remember the char name i cant email them. Is there anyway around this when speaking to them? Why is this required anyways? Another reason i cant remember the name is because i completely forgot about it until i found the info earlier today. I made a new acc after the incident and worked from that. This happened before i even thought about petitioning to unban the account. Did i mention it was banned? A devs response would he highly appreciated.

As far as I know u only need to have the email no? To refund an account
